It qualifies, and is authorised, in Ireland by the Financial Regulator as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities and qualifies for distributor status.
Western Asset Liquidity Funds plc
Western Asset Liquidity Funds plc is a company incorporated with limited liability as an umbrella type open-ended investment company with variable capital under the laws of Ireland.
The Company is constituted as an umbrella fund with six portfolios, but only the Western Asset US Dollar Liquidity Fund has been authorised by the Securities and Futures Commission for sale to the public in Hong Kong. The Fund is designed for investors who seek liquidity/preservation of capital and current income and for whom growth of capital is not a consideration.
